I’m a mother, nutritional therapist and author who has been sharing recipes to help you get the glow back for the last 8 years...
The most important thing I preach is that healthy eating should be a lifestyle, and not a diet.
While it is essential to make healthy food choices as often as you can– it’s even more important that healthy eating fits around your schedule.
One of the biggest stresses that people face when implementing a healthy diet and lifestyle is this: How can I eat out and be healthy at the same time?
The good news is – it’s easy! You just have to know where to go.
The rising interest in super foods, organic produce, and all things healthy living has resulted in a slew of nutritious cafes and restaurants popping up all over London, making eating out – the healthy way – easier than ever before.
With this in mind, I decided to compile a list of all the nutritious and delicious places that I love to visit. Here you’ll find a versatile mix of yummy spots perfect for all occasions, whether a quick meal between weekday meetings, or a leisurely lunch on the weekend.
You’ve probably seen this one all over Instagram! Boasting a delightfully versatile menu including house made smoothies and juices. Here, my favourite dish would have to be the Summer Bone Broth. It’s a popular place to visit – so makes sure to arrive a little earlier than planned to ensure you snag a table.

This place is pretty much porridge heaven. Located in the dreamy health haven that is Neal’s Yard (where you’ll also find The Wild Food Café a mere few feet away). Whether you like sweet or savoury (yes savoury!) porridge, muesli or the odd smoothie bowl – this is a breakfast spot not too be missed.
