This is another post from my 7 life changing ways series. It’s getting closer to summer, and I hope these tips will help you feel more confident when you get to the beach! Here are my 7 life changing ways to feel beach confident.
Stop comparing yourself to supermodels. They are air brushed and often don’t look sexy in the flesh. Focus on you. Be kind to yourself and your body. Say positive things to yourself like “I love my body”, even if you don’t. It will make you feel more positive and confident, and there is nothing more sexy that confidence!
Begin your day with a cleansing tea of fresh ginger and lemon. It revs up the metabolism and cleanses the digestive system.
It will keep you full and stop you snacking throughout the day. Protein like salmon, hemp seeds and grass fed meat also contain fatty acids that will make your skin glow.
The beach is a good time to get some sun on that belly. Many of us are bloated from stress, sugar and eating too quickly. So ditch the sugar, chew your food and relax – it’s summer time!
When you’re tired, you eat more and it causes cravings for sugary foods to try and get a quick fix. Getting a good nights sleep from 10pm-7am is will insure there are no bags on the beach.
I know you hear it time and time again but water keeps you energised and your skin hydrated. You don’t want to get a tan and it peel off the next week. Up your water and you can show off that tan all summer long.
Try squatting with weights. It will build muscle in that booty so you can flaunt your toned behind down on the beach.
Most importantly enjoy it! Don’t set unrealistic goals or go on a mental diet, just add these 7 things into your daily life and you will be feeling hot, happy and healthy on the beach this summer!
