Yoga Routine for Digestion
If you follow my blog and have read my book, you’ll know that I struggle with digestive problems. I’ve learnt to improve my digestion through a number of different methods. One way I’m particularly fond of is through yoga, so I’ve filmed a quick routine that can be done in less than 15 minutes.
I like to do this in the evening so that I sleep soundly – you often find it hard to sleep if you’re tummy feels bloated or is gurgling!
