What I cook in a day VLOG

You guys have asked me for more vlogs, so this week I’m showing you what I cook in a day!

I’m making a delicious Buckwheat Pancake with Cherry Tomatoes and Spinach from my Glow Guides app followed by a Butternut and Quinoa Curry – and yes I’m showing you exactly how I make the recipes step-by-step.

My food philosophy is all about cooking once, eating twice. That way you are always prepared no matter what the day throws at you.

I also love prepping lots of delicious snacks for the week and you can find lots in my new book Ready Steady Glow.

    Literally when I get a notification you have a new video I know its time for cup of tea and relax – love all your vlogs (and blog!) and your cooking book! Madeleine, just wanted to ask maybe you could write/share your knowledge about food intolerances, what substitutes to use and how maybe overcome them? For example I am intolerant to yeast and eggs (not ideal, I know!) and it would be great to hear someone’s like you opinion or advice how to deal with these things! Thanks a lot and cant wait to meet you at GoodRoots event!xx
