What you’ve been all been waiting for, my wind down routine.
Sleep is so important, without even knowing, it can affect your day to life. With a better good night sleep, your concentration, mood and thoughts can all be better. Since I’ve stuck with a bed time/wind down routine and rituals, it genuinely feels like it’s changed my life. Of course, there is nights where things don’t go to planned and the routine won’t always be perfect. But I think by following these steps, when you can, will change your life.
