Super Quick Hummus – Healthy Eating on a Budget

I’m sharing a really quick and healthy hummus recipe with you guys and Wild Dish on YouTube. This hummus will taste way better than anything bought from the supermarkets and will cost a fraction of the amount too. Perfect for a party, or just a tasty snack at home.

Ingredients:

1 400g-can of chickpeas
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. Tahini
4 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Cumin
½ tsp. Maldon sea salt

Fresh coriander and lemon wedges to serve

Method:

Blend the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin and sea salt together pour in the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Blend until smooth.
