I’m so excited for you to join me with my first pregnancy yoga session! This relaxing pregnancy yoga class with help ease back pain and relax your body with deep breaths to find pure calmness. It’s great to start training your body to be calm by using regulated breathing for when you go into labour. Yoga is a great way to continue strengthening your body throughout pregnancy without having to do vigorous exercise.
So grab a mat and let’s get going! Don’t worry, even if you’re not pregnant you can still join in!
