Pregnancy Update | 1st Trimester

The first trimester has been super hard so I’m glad I’m finally starting to feel a bit better! I was feeling sick all day everyday (they should really call it all day sickness!) which would make me throw up in the strangest of places. The cravings have also started to kick in and annoyingly it’s always something sweet. Now I’m able to eat fruit again, I’ve been munching on papaya to fight the sweet cravings.     Thank you, Madeleine. I’ve been craving so much cheese and milk chocolate 😀 even though I went vegan, but I am giving into my needs (not too much with the sweets obviously) but it’s beautiful how the body tells you what it wants and needs.:)
    Can you share some healthy snacks and your work-out routine? :) I haven’t been able to do a lot of exercises in the first weeks just walking a lot, even though I have been excercising up to 5 times a week before.. also, what do you think about painting nails, going to the hairdresser, having a massage, and doing facials during pregnancy? So many questions 😀 sorry! very happy to be following you on your journey.

    Really interesting! Thanks for sharing. If you don’t eat cheese how are you getting your calcium? Cheese is causing constipation for me and I don’t like milk. Any suggestions?

      Hi babe, calcium fortified milks; almond, soya, rice and oat drinks are great, also pulses and leafy greens xx
