Post-Workout Bodycare with Origins

It’s no secret that I love working out and staying active, but I’m also a big believer in taking all over care of my skin. So as part of my Glow Guides series with Origins, I’ve been looking at the best ways to take care of your skin after working out to keep your skin glowing!

It’s really important to gently exfoliate skin to get rid of any dead skin cells, remove any perspiration by cleansing your skin, followed by rehydrating your skin with a good moisturiser!
