Healthy Life Hacks – Pretty Upfront

In this video with Pretty Upfront, I’m sharing 3 simple healthy life hacks to make you feel great. 3 stretches for lower back pain, a recipe for a healthy green smoothie, and tips on belly breathing to relieve stress. Give them a go!

The Green Machine Smoothie ingredients:

1 handful of spinach
1 frozen banana (broken into three)
1 tablespoon of maca powder
1 tablespoon of cashew butter
400 ml Almond milk

Add ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth.
