EXCLUSIVE Buttercup Smoothie from Ready Steady Glow
To celebrate the launch of my new book Ready Steady Glow I’m showing you how to make one of the quick and easy smoothie from the book. This is super easy to whip up in 2 mins before you shoot out the door for work, and you could even have it before the gym to give you some energy.
If you don’t like peanut butter, feel free to swap it for almond butter. If you’re allergic to nuts take the nuts out completely!
