Energising Morning Yoga Routine

There was so much positive feedback from my last yoga video, that I’ve done another one for you guys! This time it’s an energising morning yoga routine. I love doing this first thing in the morning to set me up for a brilliant day. I hope you love it, and please leave your feedback below! What other kinds of yoga videos would you like to see me do?

    I am really interested to know what a healthy amount of exercise a week is if it is yoga. I an used to doing more HIIT workouts but hoping to switch to get a little more equilibrium. Thanks for the video. X

      I think a good mix of exercise is great. I love doing classes to mix it up about 3 times per week. Keep an eye out for my Glow Guides app out in January for a mix of yoga, cardio and strength workouts x

      That’s good to know, thanks Madeleine! Since having my little boy a few months ago I have craved a more balanced approach and the changes to my lifestyle, even with a 4 month old, has actually made me feel calmer so hopefully the yoga is going to complimebt this. Really looking forward to the app and me and my bestie are looking forward to getting our baby boys together (born on the same day!) To star in a pic for your Glow Girls recruitment!
