5 Tips to Stay Healthy on Holiday

As we’re now heading into summer holiday season, I thought I’d share my top tips for eating healthy when you’re away. I totally like to indulge every now and again when I go away, but when you’re eating healthy and you want to stay on track for whatever reason, there are some simple things you can do before and during your holiday to make your life a little easier!

    Hi Madeleine – great video. I was happy to realize I applied all of these tips on my most recent holiday. For example, I always have nuts with me and I regularly stocked up on apples and bananas at local supermarkets. Another great place to get good fresh food is at local markets – you can put together a great healthy picnic while also eating quite cheaply. The hardest part was not beating myself up when I ate something I wouldn’t normally eat, but, as you say, that’s all part of going on holiday and won’t make a difference in the big scheme of things.
