5 Tips to Fuel Your Fitness

Here’s another of my 5 Tips! This time I’m talking about 5 tips to fuel your fitness, which includes all the foods you should be munching on pre and post-workout to get the most out of your training. What are your favourite healthy gym snacks?

    Madeleine!! such a great video and great ideas – thank you :)

    I don’t eat before I do lifting / crossfit but will definitely start to make a pre-work out smoothie with spirulina or maca powder in it to give me that added boost.

    Maybe some tips on your top ‘super powders’ and when / how / why you use them (ie. maca / spirulina / babao). Thanks so much again, I have subscribed!

I would really love some tips or more of your yoga routines that are specifically good for toning your middle, creating flexibility, de-stressing, energising and great for starting the day.     This is so helpful! One question about post-workout eating – how soon should you eat? Sometimes it takes me a while to get home as it’s not so near the gym, so I was wondering if you recommend a snack to have on the way home if it is going to take a while to get a full meal right away, and if so what should that be?

      Try my post workout balls from my book. They’re super easy to take on the go and you can make big batches at a time because they last a while x
