4 Vegan Bento Box Breakfasts

Hey beautiful!

I’ve got you 4 delicious bento box breakfasts so you’ve got something fresh and easy to take to work. In my video I’ll show you how to prep the night before, or throw ingredients together in just one minute before you dash out the door in the morning.

Here’s the menu:

  • Protein Pancakes with Banana, Chia Seeds and Strawberries – these only need cooking for 1 min each side, so they’re super-quick.
  • Deconstructed Avocado Toast – I’m sharing the secret to keeping your avocado nice and green, and how to stop your toast going soggy!
  • Homemade Granola – it’s golden, crispy and full of goodness. So much better than anything you can get out of a packet.
  • Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich – I can’t live without these in my life!
