Things I’m loving this week…for Glowing Inside and Out

You know I’m all about getting the glow both inside and out. I think you can tell a lot about your health by your skin and the way you glow.
It’s just as important to treat your inner self as much as your outer self. I love feeling confident and energetic and I get this from feeling glowing.
If you’re feeling tired, run down and let’s face it a look a little dull then don’t worry I have lots of amazing products which are amazing for getting you up and glowing both inside and out.

Bobbi Brown’s shimmer stick is great. I use this all the time if I’m going out and it instantly makes me feel better. It gives such a subtle but beautiful highlight and shine to your face. It’s not glittery which is great and gives a beautifully light glow.

I love getting the Biolustre hair treatment done at Michael John’s salon. If you go, be sure to ask for Neave, she’s so gorgeous and you’ll be in such great hands. I always leave with such shiny and luscious locks.

My love for Pukka is one that is always growing – their variety is great and I especially love their detox tea for when I’m feeling run down and in need of a lift. The fusion of organic aniseed, fennel and cardamom means you’re getting lots of antioxidants that will definitely help with your inner and outer glow.
