Vegan Valentine Chocolate Truffles

Looking for a way to woo your Valentine this year? Nothing spells L O V E like chocolate and if you can make your own chocolate truffles…even better!

These are refined sugar free, gluten free and dairy free but taste beyond amazing. Wrap these up in tissue paper and present to your love with a big bunch of flowers, or simply make for your girlfriends and devour in front of a girly film!

For me cooking a candlelit meal for two is one of the most romantic things, so check out some of the beautiful dinner recipes on my website to cook for that special someone.

I love seeing your re-creations, please share them with me via Instagram, Facebook and Twitter using #gettheglow #madeleineshaw

Melt down all of the the ingredients in a pot at a low heat until fully combined. Pour into small heart shaped moulds. If you don’t have moulds you can use a silicone ice cube tray or mini cupcake holders.

Place in the freezer for 1 hour to harden, then leave in the fridge and enjoy

These will keep for 1 month.

These look sooooo good!! I will be cooking for my boyfriend for Valentines day this year and I’m actually going to buy him a Mindful Chef box! They’ve got some special valentines recipes and if you use the code VALENTINE you’ll get 25% off your first box! Check out – think these truffles will have to be my dessert though :)
