Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the oats in a roasting tray and roast for 10 minutes until golden.
Once golden, put the oats to the side and and allow to cool. Blend the dates with the nut butter, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Place the flax seeds, chia seeds, almonds, goji berries, protein powder, hemp seeds, oats and pinch of salt in a bowl and stir well. Pour over the almond milk and the date and almond butter mixture. Stir together then put the mixture into a baking paper lined tray and freeze for 30 minutes. Slice into bars and store in an air tight container.
These will last 3-4 days in an airtight container
