This delicious TURMERIC COCONUT BROTH WITH CRISPY TOFU, WILD RICE AND VEG is an all year round sort of dish! It’s packed full of antioxidants to keep your immune system strong, full of flavour and is a real heart-warming recipe. You have to give it a go. Directions

Broth – place all Ingredients other than lime in pot and simmer for 20 mins.

Tofu – Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the tofu into squares and rub in spices. Fry until golden all over.

Plate together and serve warm with lime juice.
