This Super Chia Pudding recipe is the perfect make-a-head recipe for a quick and easy family breakfast. The addition of protein means that it will keep you full and satisfied for lunch. Serves 2 Ready in 15 minutes Good For ,


Add all of your ingredients to a bowl

Whisk all together and leave to sit for 15 minutes stirring every few minutes.

Place in fridge until set, around an hour (this will store for 3 days)

Serve with fruit.
