Sugar Snap and Green Bean Salad with Chia Seeds

The perfect starter or side salad to any dish.

Add some extra goodness to this already glow packed salad with the incredible chia seed. These are the complete superfood packed full of omega 3s, antioxidants and fibre. 

They are the new miracle multivitamin so get them in wherever you can.

Directions

  1. Steam the sugar snaps and green beans in a little water for 3 minutes. Then transfer to a bowl of ice cold water to blanch. Place the rocket on your plate and scatter the beans and sugar snaps.
  2. Zest some lemon and grind over your salad, drizzle the olive oil and scatter salt and chia seeds over the top.
  3. Enjoy.

Hi Maddie in light of the news today advising frying our meat etc could possibly lead to dementia because of the levels of Ages please tell me this does not apply to when we use our coconut oil I don't know what I'll do if it does it's so scrummy. Xx
