Roasted Red Pepper Pasta With Pan Toasted Beans

This roasted red pepper pasta dish is one of those underrated pasta dishes, that once you’ve tried, you’ll just keep going back too. It’s easy, family friendly and full of goodness. I hope you enjoy! Xx

Directions

Blend the roasted red pepper pesto ingredients together with some seasoning.

Cook the pasta as per instruction.

Heat a pan to a medium heat add 1 tbsp of olive oil and add the beans. Fry for 5-7 minutes with a pinch of salt so they are a little crispy.

Stir through the pasta and the pesto and serve with some rocket and freshly cracked pepper.
