In a food processor blend the dates and walnuts together with a pinch of salt until fully combined but there are still chunks.
Place into a baking paper lined small roasting tray and pop in the freezer to harden.
While this is hardening up wash up the food processor and place the hazelnuts in. Process in the food processor until it forms a nut butter (2-3 minutes) then add in the raw cacao, almond milk, honey and vanilla, and process until smooth with no lumps.
Remove the baking tray from the freezer and pour the Nutella like mixture over the top. Place in the freezer for half an hour then cut them into bars and place in the fridge.
Last for 2 weeks in the fridge.
