Raw Ginger Nut Chia Cookies

I love chia, so full of omega 3 fatty acids that really help you get the glow. Ginger is amazing for your immune system, so if you are feeling a little run down get these into your system.

I recommend making a little batch on a Sunday and you can have them as your 4pm pick me up throughout the week.

Ready in 40 minutes


Place all of the ingredients apart from the chia seeds into a food processor and blend until all of the ingredients are mixed together, (the mixture should stick together when pressed between your fingers)

Roll the dough into small (TBSP sized) balls and gently press them down with a knife to form cookie shapes.

Scatter the chia seeds onto of the cookies, evenly coating each side.

Place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then into the fridge until tasting time.
