To make the bars:
- Place the sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, 40g of honey, the coconut oil, tahini, desiccated coconut and dates into the food processor and pulse until combined.
- Scoop into a small baking tray and pop into the freezer for 1 hour.
Just before the hour is up, it is time to make the chocolate…
- Melt the cacao butter, cacao powder, 10g of honey and 1 tsp vanilla with a pinch of salt on a very low heat in a pan, gently stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Cut the bars up into rectangles and poor the chocolate all over creating stripes.
Pop in the fridge to set and enjoy!
