Protein Bliss Balls

These Protein Bliss Balls are so easy to make, I love having a batch ready in the fridge to grab whenever I fancy a snack that packs a complete protein source and will actually keep me full. They are my go to for managing the 11am, 4pm or anytime slump. A snack that doesn’t just make me want more snacks is always a winner and these take just a few minutes to blend up, ready for whenever you need a little pick me up.  These travel so well and I love enjoying them as a restorative post workout snack when I’m on the go, They will last a few weeks in the fridge (if they last that long!) so you can always have a healthy snack on hand.

Directions

place your ingredients in the blender

Blend until combined

form into balls

store in the fridge in an airtight container
