Cook the pasta as per instructions in slightly salted water.
Heat the butter or oil in a pan, add the shallot and sauté for 5 minutes then add the garlic and a pinch of salt.
Stir for 30 seconds, don’t let the garlic brown, then add the tomatoes, tomato puree and the chilli, stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook until pink then throw in the pasta, olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Once everything is piping hot pour into bowls and enjoy.
