Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC / 350ºF / gas 4.
Mix the flour, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Melt the oil / butter on a low heat then leave it for a few minutes. When it’s at room temperature, pour it into the flour and mix well. Crack the egg in, then add 2tbsp of the sugar / syrup.
Roll into a heart shape. Slice the pears in half then into sixths, keeping the slivers together. Place on top of your pastry, and scatter the blueberries around. Brush with the rest of your sugar / syrup and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until golden.
Serve with fresh yogurt and plenty of girly chat!
