preheat the oven to 180C
Blend the meatball ingredients and roll into balls.
Add olive oil to a baking tray
Place the balls on top and roll in the oil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
While they are cooking chop the squash into cubes removing the skin.
Place in a pot with the ginger, garlic and coconut milk.
Simmer until the squash is cooking through then blend.
