Healthy Christmas Cocktail

It’s the silly season which means we’re constant out and about, hosting and attending events. Eating and drinking clean can be particularly tricky over Christmas time as temptation is everywhere!

This healthy cocktail will give you the buzz without the savage hangover the next day. Whilst I am not a big drinker, I do believe in everything in moderation.

Made with hydrating coconut water and alkalizing lime juice, this cocktail has some benefits and can be enjoyed with or without rum. Super easy, you can rustle this up for your friends for a drinks or dinner party- delicious.


  1. Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into an ice cold glass.
  3. Garnish with wedge of lime and sip!

      Hi so sorry gorgeous, my team and I have been on holiday over the festive period. You could use either coconut milk for the cocktails – I hope you enjoyed them anyway x
