Grilled Tuna Salad with Green Beans and Courgetti

This is my delicious asian inspired Grilled Tuna with Green Beans and Courgetti. The tuna goes so well with the crunchy and fresh tasting green beans and courgetti, it makes for the best dinner in both summer and winter. Tuna is super high in omega 3 fatty acids which help to prevent high blood pressure and the courgette are a great source of fibre to make the perfect balanced meal.


Serves 2 Ready in 20 minutes Good For

Directions

Mix the tuna with the sesame oil, garlic, tamari and ginger, marinate for 1 hour. Heat pan and cook the tuna for about 30 seconds each side to keep it nice and raw in the middle (cook more if you like). Make sure you keep the leftover marinate the fish has been in.

Steam the beans for 3 minutes then place in a pan with the courgetti, leftover marinade from the fish, lime juice and chilli and cook for a minute then serve with the tuna sliced on top, top with the sesame seeds.
