Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C
Cook the pasta according to package directions
Blend the cashews, mustard, garlic and nutritional yeast with water, add more liquid and seasoning until it is the desired consistency
Slice up the peppers, mushrooms and spring onions and toss with the pasta in the cashew sauce
Bake at 180C for 25 minutes, take out and sprinkle with the cashew cheese and broil for 5 more minutes
