Chinese Chickpea Bowl

If you need dinner in 10 then this Chinese Chickpea Bowl is perfect. Served alongside buckwheat noodles and Pak Choi. I am absolutely loving cooking up different chickpea recipes, they are such a great source of plant protein and are so versatile to flavour. I hope you love this recipe! Xx

Serves 2 Ready in 15 minutes Good For , ,


Mix the dressing together. Add half with the chickpeas to the pan and fry for 10 mins then stir in the rest and take it off the heat.

Rinse the buckwheat, cook as per pack instruction. Rinse after.

Steam the Pak Choi.

Serve together with chilli!
