It’s been a while since I felt on top of my IBS. For once, it’s nice that my stomache doesn’t feel like it’s bulging over my trousers. Don’t worry, I’m not holding my breathe!
I must say I really think intermittent fasting has been a huge helping hand. I don’t feel like it has restricted me too much, but I definitely feel like it’s encouraging me to mindfully eat and really chew on my food.
