I’ve launched a menu at Brown’s Hotel!
I’m so excited to announce that I’m launching a menu at Brown’s Hotel in London!
I have worked closely with Lydia and Irene Forte and the amazing team of talented chefs and mixologists at Brown’s Hotel in London to develop and design the Nourish menu for Rocco Forte Hotels.
The menu launches on 5th April
You’ll be pleased to know that my menu launches on 5th April 2016! There will be a range of breakfast dishes in HIX Mayfair, as well as a full and diverse healthy menu available in The English Tea Room, the Donovan Bar and you’ll also be able to order my delicious and nutritious dishes from the In Room Dining menu.
You’ll find lots of new takes on your favourite healthy dishes, including an Acai Bowl for breakfast, to my 50 Shades of Green Bowl which is a Quinoa Burger with Avocado, Tahini Dressing and Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Courgetti and Miso Kale Salad.
I’ve also created two raw desserts, my Raw Chocolate Cherry Fudge with dairy-free Coconut Ice cream and a Raw Raspberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake. They taste so amazing you won’t notice that they’re healthy!
Not to mention a selection of nice-not-naughty smoothies including my favourite, a green smoothie (of course) packed full of spinach, maca, mango & avocado and to satisfy your sweet tooth there is my Chocoholic smoothie.
Not just food…
There isn’t just food on the menu, there will also be a selection of healthier cocktails in The Donovan Bar. These cocktails aren’t loaded with sugar and it’s been such an exciting journey to create delicious healthy alternatives to cocktail classics, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic with The Donovan Bar Manager Giovanni Cassino.
The cocktail menu features Coconut Punch, Earl Grey Hot Toddy, Elderflower Sour and Bloody Negroni and a non alcoholic option the Blueberry & Rosemary Sling. They are full of ingredients that I selected because of their nutritious properties such as blueberries, full of antioxidants; alkalizing lemon juice; anti-inflammatory pineapple which also helps with digestion; coconut water for vital vitamins and minerals; and egg white to provide a dose of high quality protein.
When you’re trying to keep healthy, alcohol is always a temptation (especially when your friends are drinking) so whether you drink or not you can still keep on track with your healthy lifestyle with this amazing selection of healthy cocktails and mocktails.

All of the recipes are Dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Naturally people want to spoil themselves when they visit luxurious hotels but they don’t realise that treating yourself doesn’t have to mean eating lots of unhealthy food. Hopefully my dishes will feel both spoiling and good for you so you can indulge without the guilt! I’m particularly excited about the in-room dining which I hope will satisfy those jet lag cravings with something nutritious!
