I really want to share with you how easy it can be to eat clean and healthy food. This video takes you through a simple melt in your mouth slow roast beef recipe accompanied by a fresh crunchy salad that you can take to work (and enjoy the rest for dinner.)
Ingredients:
Slow roast beef:
- 500g of grass fed beef cheeks
- 1 TSP of each: coriander, cumin, celtic sea salt and paprika.
- 2 TBSP of butter
Pop this in the oven at 100ºC over night for 8 hours in a cast iron pot or slow cooker.
Salad:
- 1/2 and avocado
- A handful of radishes
- 1 chicory head
- 1 TBSP of each: olive oil and apple cider vinegar
Slice up all the ingredients and dress with olive oil and apple cider vinegar
Pop these together in your lunch box and a way you go, and there will be leftovers for tea time.
