I Got a Book Deal!

I am so excited to be publishing my first book “Get the Glow” with Orion in April 2015. It has always been a dream of mine to write one and I still can’t quite believe it’s happening. GET THE GLOW really tries to encapsulate everything I have ever learnt about food, nutrition and looking after your body.

I have compiled all this information together in a (hopefully) fun, easy-to-read program, accompanied by over 100 delicious and nutritious recipes. My mantra is to eat proper food; to enjoy full fat everything and stay away from refined sugar but most of all to take care of yourself.

I really believe I can help people enliven the hottest, happiest and healthiest versions of themselves through my foodie-philosophy!

Madeleine is a qualified nutritional health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, creative chef, vociferous blogger, fledgling presenter and self-professed yoga enthusiast.   1. Congratulations Madeline ! I only discovered you a short while ago but love your lifestyle and it inspires me greatly. I became disabled at my child’s birth 7 years ago and weight has piled on. I’ve slowly forced myself to walk (I was told I’d be in a wheelchair but I refused to use one .) Your recepies are easy to make , look delicious and make me feel great from the inside out. Your page on instagram is full of positive vibes that inspire me to carry on healthily. I slowly managed to put together an exercise routine but have never managed yoga. My physio advised me against it. I’m so happy that a confident lady online is proving to us other ladies that you can change your lifestyle. :) Please may I order a signed copy of your book ? It would be so special . :) To be able to read something without having to go online would be great. X

    What wonderful news, congratulations! I have followed you for a while and find your website and Instagram hugely inspiring. Your positivity gives me the strength to continue in a healthy way during a very difficult time, which I am powering through.
    I saw on your Face Book that you have recipes for super seed bars and oat and quinoa bread and I was wondering if you will be putting them in the book or if they will be on your website? Either way I’ll track them down – on here of buying the book :) , but it would be great to know.

Congratulations!!Im very eager for the book to come out!As a type 1 diabetic I have to be careful with what I eat and maintain a healthy diet,you are truly an inspiration!I use a lot of your recipes and really enjoy introducing them to friends.Thank you so much,very excited about the book.Well deserved :)

  6. Big congratulations Madeleine. You have changed my entire attitude to food and made me realise that ‘fat free’ and ‘low calorie’ foods are not the way forward. I am almost 30 and have to say that I am in the best shape I have ever been. I like to use your advice as my Monday to Friday guidelines and then on a weekend I will splurge out. You are an inspiration and it will be great to read your recipes without getting almond meal cake batter all over my iphone! I hope that there are plenty of scrummy desserts in there!x
