I love super foods!
I used to be a little scepticalthinking they were a fad, I guess some of them may beand there is a little placebo attached to them, but hey the proofs in the pudding…
However they pack a lot of punch nutritionally! Supplying your beautiful body with antioxidants and essential nutrients.
Here are my top 3 superfoods I’m loving at the moment and how to get them in your diet:
Amazing for endurance, energy and your hormones. This superfood comes in powder form, it has quite a caramel taste! Apparently Maca powder was taken by Inca warriors before they commenced battle to increase their strength, stamina and endurance. I like to pop some in a smoothie pre workout so I have the energy to warrior through!

I love to have these everyday. Whether I pop them in my morning smoothie or if I just add them on top of salads, they are a daily must!
Super rich in omega-3s and calcium! If you’re a veggie make sure you get these in to you! They soak up 10 x their weight in water and hydrate your body giving you glowing, dewy skin!

3.Green Leafy Veggies
A more common occurring food staple. So nutritious they contain high doses of chlorophyll, with easily digestible protein, enzymes and a wide range of vitamins and minerals. These particular veggies act as mini-transfusions for the blood, they cleanse the kidneys and acts as a health tonic for the immune system.
I’m loving sautéed Kale in coconut oil with fresh grated ginger and sea salt!
Superfoods are food..not supplements! So they absorb into the body much easier in a pill format.
