Come join me for my March Cookery Class!
This cookery class is perfect for anyone who is getting into a healthier way of eating, or even if you already love cramming your plate with nutritious food! I’m going to show you how easy it is to create yummy, wholesome food that is also totally delicious! The class will be followed by a scrumptious sit down dinner where we can share the treats we have created and talk all things wellness.
The cooking class will be held at the very stylish Central Street Cookery School, a gorgeous cookery school hidden in East London. The class will be super interactive as I want you to learn as much as you can. We will aim to do 3-4 recipes, which of course we will tuck into after all the hard work is over.
We’re going to be whipping up a sticky black rice salad with roasted squash and spinach. To top it off, we’ll be making a delicious sesame ginger dressing which will add another burst of flavour to the dish.
On the side will be my Thai peanut sweet potato and sesame crusted quinoa and kale cakes. The peanut and sesame will give it that extra yummy crunch. These are a great side dishes that you would also be a great addition to your lunchbox to leave your colleagues with food envy.
There’s always room for something sweet so we’re going to be putting a spin on a chocolate fave so we will be making matcha brownies. They’re deliciously chocolatey and gooey inside. We’ll be topping it with an amazing chocolate sauce for the ultimate sweet treat.
Remember to bring your tupperware as there will be leftovers to take home and share with your friends and family.
