Come and join me for an evening of New Year fun! In January we’re all feeling a bit sad about Christmas being over, so come and cheer yourself up with a delicious, healthy feast! My New Year New You supper club is perfect for anyone who is getting into a healthier way of eating, or even if you already love cramming your plate with nutritious food! Eating wholesome foods doesn’t have to be boring, which I’m going to show you with some of my favourite recipes on the menu.

Tickets cost £40 and included within this price is a welcome cocktail, your choice of main, a dessert and a goodie bag. I’ll be on hand all evening to answer your questions about all things healthy, and please feel free to bring along your copy of my books so that I can sign them for you!

Now the exciting bit…

On entry you will be greeted with a tropical healthy cocktail made with coconut water, lime, rum and pineapple (sugar and gluten free) – we will also be providing ‘mocktails’ for those who don’t drink.

1. Green Thai Chicken Curry with Zesty Cauliflower Rice – Everyone loves a good curry, and this thai green curry is the perfect winter warmer. Served up with a zesty cauliflower rice, it’s bursting with flavour and packs in the nutrients.
2. Sweet Potato and Butterbean Curry with Brown Rice – One for the veggies and vegans, my sweet potato and butterbean curry is the dream. I’ve served this one with brown rice to soak up all of those gorgeous juices from the fragrant sauce.

1. Lemon Drizzle Cake – one of my absolute favourite cake recipes, this gorgeous soft sponge with the sharp lemon drizzle kicking in, is the perfect tea time treat. You can definitely have your cake and eat it this year!

2. Chocolate Ganache cake – It’s rich, gooey and super sexy, yet flour and gluten free. Using ground almonds and lots of melted Om Bar Chocolate, this cake is an absolute show stopper and the perfect way to end your meal.

What better way to relax on a Sunday evening than nourishing your body with good, honest food which will set you and your body up for a productive week ahead!

Please make sure you select your choice of meal upon purchasing your tickets.

If you have any concerns about allergies, please let us know before purchasing tickets.

All tickets are sadly non refundable, these events take time and are expensive to run, so please double check your diary before booking.
See you there!

See you there!
