Come join me for a delicious, seasonal cookery class.

 

In this evening cooking class you will learn how to cook yourself beautiful at Christmas. All of the delicious food we will be making is packed with goodness and loaded with skin glowing nutrients. The class will be followed by a scrumptious sit down Christmas dinner where we can share the treats we have created and talk all things wellness.

 

The cooking class will be held at the very stylish Central Street Cookery School, a gorgeous cookery school hidden in East London. The class will be super interactive as I want you to learn as much as you can. We will aim to do 3-4 recipes, which of course we will tuck into after all the hard work is over.

We’re going to be making some delicious Christmas recipes! First up, we’ll be making a warming superfood hot chocolate using raw cacao. It’s an amazing source of magnesium which really helps to relax your muscles – perfect for snuggling up on Christmas eve by the fire!

We’re also going to be whipping up an epic spinach and cashew nut roast. Cashews are great as they have a lower fat content than most other nuts whilst still feeding your body with a great dose of bone friendly calcium and magnesium. Paired with iron rich spinach, this nut roast will leave you fighting fit to tackle these chilly winter winds.

Our seasonal side dish for this Christmas roast will be a gorgeous maple roasted Brussels sprout, pine nuts and pomegranate salad. Brussels sprouts are so good for you, and they make a great hot salad. Crispy and sweet, they taste brilliant alongside a nut roast. The magical pomegranate seeds add a sweet burst and take this side dish to the next level.

We’re going to make the most awesome dessert, and one of my personal favourites for Christmas – mince pies! You can’t go wrong with this spiced, seasonal pud and they make a great tea break snack too. They’re gluten, dairy and refined sugar free!

Remember to bring your tupperware as there will be leftovers to take home and share with your friends and family.
