How to reflect Confidence On your Children

Influence the language they use
You won’t always get it right however
Post it notes, quotes, poems on a wall in her home
Practice affirmations together

 

Katies affirmations to combat ‘not good enough’ tape in your head:

You’ve got something to contribute
Learn from people who you think are better
Don’t see it as competition, see it as learning
Surrender to not being the best at something
Acknowledging the end of something
Celebrate the new chapters

Dressing & Styling yourself for confidence:

Be organised; plan your outfits
Try not to rush, give yourself time
Katie reads a book or says affirmations the night before to say why she doesn’t need to get up at 5am to put make-up on
Comfort is key!

 

3 key messages:

Don’t expect something from somebody if you don’t give it out to them
If you surround yourself with good energy an confident people, this will reflect onto you and off of you
But, also, don’t overthink it or put yourself in a box!
